Asphalt maintenance and repair that keeps pavement working
Crack filling, pothole repair, sealcoating, overlays, striping and more. We're committed to providing high-quality asphalt maintenance at competitive prices — and to matching each repair to the condition of your pavement.

Matching the repair to the pavement
Asphalt wears in stages. Surface treatments protect pavement that is still structurally sound; patching and overlays address localized or widespread surface failure; and removal and replacement corrects areas where the base underneath has failed. Choosing the right treatment at the right time is what keeps maintenance budgets under control.
- Crack filling — limits water getting into the base through open cracks.
- Sealcoating — protects and refreshes the surface of sound asphalt.
- Pothole repair and patching — skin patching, or full removal and replacement with base replacement or base compaction where the base has failed.
- Overlays and fabric overlays — a new wearing surface over pavement that is worn but still serviceable underneath.
- Striping — re-striping existing layouts or laying out new ones.

Training that expands your options
We constantly train and learn new techniques to enhance the quality and durability of repairs. That training lets us offer more solutions and options than ever before, so the recommendation fits the pavement in front of us — not a one-size-fits-all fix. Not sure which treatment fits? Our guide to choosing between sealcoating, patching, overlays and replacement walks through the trade-offs.

Questions
Asphalt Maintenance questions
What asphalt maintenance services do you offer?
Pothole repairs, skin patching, overlays, fabric overlays, removal and replacement with base replacement or base compaction, crack fill, sealcoating, and re-striping of existing layouts or striping of new layouts.
How do I know whether my lot needs sealcoating or an overlay?
Sealcoating suits asphalt that is still structurally sound. Widespread surface wear may call for an overlay, and areas where the base has failed usually need removal and replacement. An on-site look is the reliable way to tell.
Do you re-stripe parking lots after maintenance work?
Yes. We re-stripe existing layouts and stripe new layouts.
