Parking lots are drainage projects first

A parking lot is a large, flat-looking surface that must quietly move a lot of water. The slopes set during grading decide where rain goes, how quickly the surface dries and whether water sits against the pavement edges. We plan grading, base and paving together so the finished lot drains the way it was designed to.

Commercial, industrial and public lots

Our new construction work includes parking lots for shopping centers, office buildings and other commercial properties; roads and parking lots for industrial facilities, including loading docks and storage areas; and parking areas for public facilities such as schools, hospitals and government buildings.

Finishing the lot

Concrete curb and gutter, walkways and ramps, ADA-compliant accessible parking and striping turn a paved surface into a working lot. Handling them with the same contractor keeps elevations and layout consistent.
