Concrete flatwork: sidewalks, ramps, pads and docks

New concrete flatwork, or removal and replacement, for sidewalks, ramps, flow lines, loading docks, compactor pads, pool decks and more.

Concrete where it takes the load

Some areas are better in concrete than asphalt: compactor pads and loading docks that see concentrated loads, flow lines that carry water across a lot, and walkways and ramps that form the accessible route. We install new flatwork and remove and replace sections that have cracked, settled or spalled.

Ramps and walkways are part of a site's accessible route, so we build them with ADA requirements in mind. Smaller surface problems may not need replacement at all — see our concrete repair options such as epoxy patching and joint sealing.

Questions

Concrete Flatwork questions

What flatwork do you install?

Sidewalks, ramps, flow lines, loading docks, compactor pads, pool decks and similar surfaces — new, or as removal and replacement.

Do you repair concrete without replacing it?

Yes. Epoxy patching, surface repairs for spalling and pitting, crack sealing and joint sealing can address many problems without full replacement.
